由2012年開始活躍於香港網上飲食頻道以及電視飲食節目,出版多本烹飪食譜、亦於網上平台專欄寫作及於YouTube發放煮食及旅遊影片。
2015年主力教授個人/團體及親子烹飪班,同年亦開設零售店售賣健康食材及廚具。
於加拿大Graphic Communication 大學畢業後,開始進修廚藝,由專業烘焙麵包及甜品課程,到後來2016年畢業於法國艾菲爾廚藝學院The Disciples Escoffier Diploma in Culinary Arts Programme。並於同年參加由其學院舉辦的國際年青廚師比賽,取得香港站冠軍及亞洲區第三名。
2018年稍為退於幕後,主力於全港著名的飲食集團中作品牌、推廣及產品研究,為其中、日、西餐廳設計不同菜式及推廣。
現為忙碌於發展個人品牌,希望將過去數年間累積的經驗和個人的成長(特別是作為一位媽媽和全職工作的”女忙人”的身份)貫通一起,開設網站為大家介紹個人相信及親身使用的產品,由食材、養生、營養品、修身、美容及網上烹飪教學等一一都跟大家分享。
Since 2012, she has been active on Hong Kong’s online channels and TV networks for hosting food & travel programs and featured in different branded campaigns. She is also a cookbook author, YouTuber and a food-focus KOL.
In 2015, she started her own cooking studio and focused on teaching culinary classes for both adults and kids. In the same year, she also opened a retail shop named ‘Flavor Mart’ in selling healthy ingredients and kitchenware.
After graduating from Graphic Communication studies in Canada, she began her culinary journey started from a Professional Bakery & Dessert Diploma Course. Later in 2016 she graduated from The Disciples Escoffier Diploma in Professional French Cuisine at the ICDE. In the same year, she participated in the International Young Chef Competition organized by the same institute. She won the Hong Kong Championship and the third place in Asia.
In 2018, she worked for the most well known Hong Kong based F&B group on Branding, Marketing, Food and Beverage R&D.
Currently she is developing her own brand and set up a webshop to share her personal beliefs and products including food, supplements, skin care, beauty and online cooking courses.
